  • The H-1B visa is a work visa requiring the applicant to be sponsored by a US employer to apply
  • We begin the H1B application process by submitting a Labor Conditions Approval (LCA) to the US Department of Labor (DOL) electronically using the iCERT Portal System.
  • On approval of the LCA, Sirvist HRC will then file the Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Form I-129
